COME VOLUNTEER WITH US!
We could not exist without the kind and generous volunteers who donate their precious time and dilligent efforts to eliminating substandard housing in our community
Volunteering with Habitat for Humanity doesn't necessarily mean swinging a hammer. Although building houses is our biggest priority, there are many different ways to volunteer within our organization and make a difference in your community!

Volunteer At The ReStore!
Great opportunities exist for gaining valuable work experience, references, knowledge and skills through volunteering at the ReStore! Anyone ages 16 or older may volunteer at the ReStore.
- Customer Service/Cashiering
- Donation pick up and delivery
- Delivery and pick up drivers (no special drivers license required).
- Merchandise display
- Stocking Shelves
- Pricing Items
- Data entry
- Building and decorating projects (bird houses/cat-scratchers/dog houses/play houses)
Greg Bailey [pictured below], inaddition to volunteering inside the ReStore, volunteer's his time, machinery, and energy every couple of weeks mowing around the ReStore area.

Volunteer At The Build Site!
No experience is necessary to help construct houses! All skills necessary are taught on site by our skilled construction manager and crew leaders. For more information about our current builds in progress, please click here!
A great opportuntiy to learn how to:
- Install flooring
- Install drywall
- Put up exterior siding
- Paint interior walls
- Install sinks and bathtubs
- Install windows
- Put on roofing
- Install insulation
- landscape a yard
- ...the list goes on.....
Of course we always welcome knowledgable professionals at the build site too!

Volunteer To Help With Lunches!
Both the build site and the ReStore provide lunches to their hard-working volunteers on Saturdays.
If you or someone you know would like to help prepare or donate lunches for our fantastic volunteers please call our Volunteer Coordinator at 770-252-9049 x14 to donate lunches to the build site or to the ReStore volunteers.
Volunteer As A Group
Volunteering as a group can be a great team-building experience for your church, organization or work place. If your group is interested in volunteering at either the Build Site or at the ReStore as a group please call our Volunteer Ccoordinator at 770-252-9049 x14.
